Check-in: 2.00 - 10.00 p.m.
Check-out: 7.00 - 11.00 a.m.
Early booking bonus
If you book up to 90 days before arrival, we give you a bonus of 5% off the list price (not including Christmas & New Year or packages).
Children’s prices
We are happy to offer you special children's prices as follows (from superior category with 2 full-paying adults):
- 0 - 2 years € 20.00
- 3 - 6 years € 45.00
- 7 - 12 years € 60.00
- 13 - 17 years € 75.00
Single supplement
For the single use of a double room, a Junior Suite or of a suite we charge a 60 % surcharge per person/night.
Dogs
Well-bred dogs are welcome in rooms and the specially provided restaurant area on request (not in the bar, wellness area and marVita spa). We charge €30.00 per dog per day (without food).
Cancellation deadlines
Christmas/New Year (22.12. - 10.01.), Carnival and holiday season: free cancellation is possible up to 2 weeks before arrival. All other bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. The General Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations also apply.
